Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted two benches for next week starting from February 1 at the Principal seat Islamabad to hear a number of cases. The first bench includes Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Sair Ali, while the second bench would comprise Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed and Justice Mahmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui.

While Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will head a three-member bench at Karachi Branch Registry next week. According to cause lists issued by the Registrar office no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court.
